Join us on the outside platform at Boathouse at Canal Dock for a full body, low impact fitness class on Concept2 RowErg machines.

Build aerobic endurance and muscular strength all in one workout. With a challenging combination of classes that incorporate resistance training, rowing, and stretching, you will get the most out of your workout while overlooking the beautiful New Haven Harbor.

*Each session can be scaled for individual fitness levels

*Please bring a personal water bottle

*RSVP is required AND must be received at least 4hrs before the start of class in order to guarantee a RowErg.
